Consumer Direct Care Network Minnesota is a Financial Management Service (FMS) provider. As an FMS, we help qualifying older adults and people with disabilities self-direct their in-home care. Self-direction offers an alternative to traditional in-home care services. We believe that by helping our clients stay involved in the direction of their care, we contribute to their health and build healthier, happier communities.
Consumer Direct Care Network contracts with the state of Minnesota and supports people enrolled in Consumer-Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and the Community Support Grant (CSG). Both programs offer Minnesotans more choice, control and flexibility over the services they receive. We take care of the technical aspects of being an employer while empowering our clients to effectively manage their caregivers. Clients select, train and manage their caregivers. We process payroll, withhold appropriate state and federal taxes, and provide workers’ compensation insurance. Our job is to provide the right tools for success in managing supports and achieving goals.
