On June 30, 2022, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) launched in Minnesota for the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs. EVV is an electronic system used to record when a caregiver starts and stops a caregiving shift.

You will soon receive a welcome email from HHAeXchange. This email grants you access to the EVV system.

Please continue entering time on the CDCN Portal or with a paper time sheet until you receive your welcome email from HHAeXchange. Once you receive your welcome email and finish setting up your account, you can begin using EVV to submit time.

We encourage you to use this time to get familiar with EVV. Helpful videos and guides are posted on the EVV training materials page of our website.
