Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) recently kicked off for the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs.
The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) selected HHAeXchange to provide the EVV system in Minnesota. You will soon receive a welcome email from HHAeXchange. This email grants you access to the EVV system.
When you receive your welcome email, please follow the instruction to finish setting up your account in the EVV system. Once set up, please start using EVV to submit time.
In addition to submitting time using EVV, please continue to submit time on the CDCN portal or with a paper time sheet. Submitting time via two methods is temporary as you transition to EVV. We will notify you when you can submit time using EVV exclusively.
