Effective May 28, 2021, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) is lifting COVID-19 restrictions for day support, day training and habilitation (DT&H), prevocational and structured day services for people with disabilities.

DHS is making this change to align with Executive Order 21-21, in recognition of the state’s vaccination progress, and with guidance from public health experts.
